Age is just a number when determination meets experience.
At just 18 years old, Alix Hernandez has already spent more than three years developing his skills in the challenging sport of bull riding. His youth brings energy, ambition, and a fearless competitive spirit, while his experience has taught him the importance of balance, timing, discipline, and staying focused when the chute opens.
At just 18 years old, Alix understands the challenge of staying aboard a powerful bull for eight seconds. When he's not competing, he works alongside his father and family on their cattle ranch in Ault, Colorado. Despite the demands of ranch life, Alix dedicates countless hours to practicing his riding, working out, and training. His determination, strong family values, and work ethic drive him toward his ultimate goal of competing in the professional bull riding circuit.
For Alix, bull riding is about more than eight seconds. It is about building character, representing the people who support him and creating a future through hard work.
